What if I have a problem with one of my orders?

If you have doubts with a specific order, we recommend you to find it and check your order details, in the "Orders" section. Look for it in the corresponding tab (Active Orders, Today's Fills, Rejected orders, Cancelled Orders), and click on the "Details" icon in the row of the order. There you will find the Order Info, iBroker ID, Order number, Status and the transactions log.
 

If something has gone wrong with one of your orders or open positions, you may contact the broker for Support. The Customer Service representative will probably ask you for the order details, so have them at hand.

In the Help section you have a shortcut to call a Support number.
